Contract and inquiry

We will work closely with you to ensure that your hair and makeup are flawless on your special day. We pride ourselves on our open communication with our clients, from the initial inquiry to the moment you say, 'I do'. Our goal is to make sure that every detail is taken care of so that you can be pampered, relax, and enjoy getting ready for your big day.

 For inquiries about date availability, please include the following information in your email or IM:

• Bride's full name

• Wedding date

• Your phone number and email

• Wedding location name and address

• Your time frame needs and the number of participants needing services

• Specify if you need both hair and makeup services

• Any other questions you may have

The Process Of Securing A Date With Us

 1.      INQUIRE – Your first step is to text or call Narda at 608-219-0239 to see if that date is available.  Please include the date of the wedding, location, the number in the wedding party, time of wedding.  After the confirmation of the date, this date will be held for 10 days and a contract will be due.

2.      Contract – The contract can be downloaded or emailed for you to complete.  This contract and the $250 retainer payment are due within 10 days of scheduling the date for the wedding services. 

 3.      PREVIEW – Previews (wedding trials) are a great way to put your mind at ease as you enter your wedding day.  Wedding trials will be held at Headlines Studio within 1 month of your wedding.  During your preview we will get to know one another and review your inspiration photos, wedding details, and dress style.  We will work together to create your dream look based on your inspirations tailored to compliment your beauty. It is best to schedule your hair and makeup trails on the day of and before your dress fitting. This way you will be able to see the complete look and we can tweak a few details on the wedding day if you would like us to.

4.      WEDDING DAY – It’s here, all your hard work has led to this moment and it’s time to relax and be pampered.  We bring the salon to you, arrive on time at your requested location, and are ready and prepared to get you and your closest loved ones ready to celebrate.
